 Metaverse news in Spanish press

Areoso and Praza de Fefiñáns already have an owner in the metaverse

The metaverse is the new mantra that internet gurus have adopted. A virtual world, which is still practically being born, but where large companies have begun to invest millions of dollars. Large companies and small investors, who do not want to be left behind and who see this novelty as a great investment opportunity.

Next Earth is one of the leading platforms in the metaverse. A kind of virtual real estate, with its own cryptocurrency, and where Arousa, like the rest of the planet, is already for sale. In fact, there are emblematic places in the region that already have an owner in the metaverse. The Areoso islet is one of those that has already found a buyer. A user named you invested just over 40 euros in it three months ago and its value has doubled and is now at 95.42 euros. This is not the only plot that has found a buyer. Another place that has also already been acquired is the A Toxa golf club. In this case, the Sneayer user paid just over €15 for the plot just 23 days ago, and its value has already risen to just over €19.

Barbanza is trading upwards in the metaverse and the Baroña castro already costs 3,500 euros

Barbanza wins integers and is listed on the rise in the metaverse, that virtual world where gurus defend that humans will interact through avatars or augmented reality glasses. If just a month ago there were half a dozen properties in the region that had digital owners, that number continues to increase by leaps and bounds on one of the star platforms of this new world, Next Earth. The value of some of them also grows. For example, the castro de Baroña has gone from costing 22.44 euros in January to now being worth around 3,500.

It belongs to the person who responds to the nickname of Dark and who by the way has digital properties in South Africa, Italy, France or Tanzania, as well as a strip of water from Silgar beach, in Sanxenxo. But he is not the only owner with virtual real estate in the region. Flriuris has to his credit the Lariño lighthouse, in Carnota, which he bought for about 14 euros. Regarding private properties, there is the famous house located on Caveiro beach, in Porto do Son, which has been bought by the digital investor HSSN, which has other similar properties in places around the world.

Santiago in the Metaverse

Several of the most important lands in Spain are for sale in the Next Earth Metaverse. The Royal Palace with a price of $20,000, the Moncloa for $13,000 or the Camp Nou. There are other cheaper properties such as the beach of the Cathedrals for $2,200 or Torre España for $3,300. From February 4 to 20, the exhibition opens, which includes nine galleries with emblematic properties of the Spanish territory.

Santiago de Compostela once again hosts one of the most important exhibitions in the Metaverse. Galicia is of special importance as it monopolizes the first two rooms of the "City of Culure" Art Gallery, an exact copy of the City of Culture in Santiago de Compostela. The first of the rooms focuses on the most emblematic places in Galicia, while the second lists the most emblematic castros of the Galician community.

The rest of the rooms focus on the rest of the Spanish geography, including town halls, stadiums or castles. Of special importance is the room with the leisure facilities where the two largest shopping centers in Spain are located.

The exhibition can be visited within the Metaverse Next Earth cityofculture.ga. From the art gallery you can make purchases by paying in Matic, the cryptocurrency of the Polygon network.
